My Unique System

I have a Spirit Guide that provides me with what I need to know so I can write words of wisdom. I basically transfer my spirit into another dimension where I have a one-on-one conversation with my Spirit Guide and this is where I get my words from. I then transfer those thoughts on paper.

How I Work

Part 1: I Get to Know You

Before anything even starts, I gather as much information about you and your organization as I can. This includes your products and services, your goals, and your market. I need to know where you are going and what direction you are taking with your business, and how, what I'll be writing, will help get you there. This first step typically includes either interviews with you or someone in your company, or review of material you provide including previous ads, brochures, websites, press releases, competitive analyses, catalogs, article reprints, newsletters, product/service specs, and marketing plans.

Part 2: Research Time

I take all the information you provide and begin to conduct additional research. After which I organize all materials according to how important they are to your project. After I have completed all my research, I will be ready for step 3.

Part 3: Strategize

At this time I make contact with my Spirit Guide and request guidance into what has to be said. This may take an hour, or it may take days, depending on how large the project is. As i seek my Spirit Guide's counsel, I then begin formulating an outline first and follow that with what I am told from each session. I do this one session at a time so I do not get overwhelmed with information. This way the words flow smoothly. Plus, the theme or slant of the piece, tone, language, features and benefits, headlines, section headers, and calls to action are all established.

Part 4: Delivery of First Draft

After having completed the first draft, I will thoroughly review the document for mistakes in spelling, grammar, and syntax. After which I will then send the document to you for review. After you have had a chance to review the document and made any editing notes, I will make the corrections and submit to you a final finished product.
